Ahsan Sajjad

Paralegal/Caseworker

 

Looking to be a Barrister in the near future, Ahsan has recently joined the firm as a Paralegal/Caseworker. He is a registered Advocate in Pakistan. Ahsan is interested in building his career in Public Law and has extensive experience working within the legal fields both in the UK and Pakistan. Ahsan is currently working in the Immigration Department, covering work in the areas of Entry Clearance Applications, FLR Applications, Appeals (First-Tier Tribunal, Upper-Tier Tribunal and Court of Appeal), Judicial Review and Asylum. He also has experience of working within the Family and Civil Litigation Department.

Ahsan is a Human Rights Activist and has held the position of Vice Chairman for the International Human Rights Committee, Lahore High Court Bar Association, Pakistan.
