Discrimination
Negotiating your contract of employment
Work-related stress

We advise employees on what they are likely to achieve from bringing an Employment Tribunal claim, be it financial compensation and / or re-employment in the same role or a different role with the employer.

What will it cost me?

We may offer you what is known as a contingency fee agreement if we believe you have a good prospect of succeeding in your claim. This is a ‘no win, no fee’ type of agreement whereby we are paid out of any damages awarded to you by the Tribunal or which have been negotiated with the other side.
