David Richter



David is a Senior Solicitor at the firm and works in the criminal department.

David has extensive experience of all areas of criminal law, as well as road traffic offences, actions against the police and prison law within the UK and abroad. He regularly appears in the County Court and Magistrates Court and has also appeared before tribunals in the Prison system and various professional bodies. Before he was admitted as a solicitor in 2008, David worked as a paralegal for several years in all the above mentioned areas. He takes a particularly conscientious approach in his preparation ensuring that every angle is covered. He is also a Police Station Accredited solicitor.
